The property is in a gated access controlled urbanization at the entrance and a private house gate as well. Full access to entire 1 acre property, except the garage.

Located near multiple restaurants with "Puerto Rican" food, close to a blue flag beach Puerto Nuevo, Los Tubos surf beach and Mar Chiquita.

Highly recommended to rent a car to move around in Puerto Rico. Uber is not available outside of the metro area and taxis will be expensive.
