Yes, The property sets on a full 1 acre location surrounded by a block wall with a private driveway gate with a beach access gate. 

There is a 20,000 galloon pool, full size tennis court and a very large covered patio area as well as a private ocean front deck and solar heated hot tub. All amenities are for your exclusive use during your stay. The home comes supplied with basic spices, coffee, sugar and all needed essentials for cooking, dishes and toiletries  for 10 guests. All linens, beach towels and pool towels for 10 guests.

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards and Crypto payments of BTC/ETH! In addition to the nightly rate a guest insurance policy is added at $10 per night to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay.

Prices vary based on time of year and length of stay. On average 1000-1500, plus tax, per day for up to 10 guests. We can host up to 12 guests max for additional charge 200 per guest per day(sofa sleeper). There are weekly and monthly discounts available. Minimum length of stay is 5 days from Feb-Oct, Holiday season Nov-Jan 7 day minimum. Booking direct saves you the "hosting fee" that all other platforms charge.

"Ocean Front Villa Entrance Rules:

1. Respect the property as you would your own.

2. Events may be allowed with host approval; fees may apply.

3. Before checkout, please clean up after cooking.

4. Dispose of trash in outdoor bins daily.

5. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

6. $500 smoking penalty for violations.

7. Use outdoor shower to prevent sand in the pool.

8. Care for towels and sheets; avoid stains.

9. Property for registered guests only; no outside visitors without prior consent, fee may apply.

10. Leave BBQ areas clean after use.

11. Maximum 2 pets with $500 fee per pet; no unsupervised pets.

12. Pets/service animals must not be left unsupervised on the property."

13. Animals are not allowed on furniture; a $500 cleaning fee applies for animal hair on furniture.

14. Late checkout without prior approval incurs a $100 fee per 30 minutes.

15. Roll up roll-down shades after use.

16. No glass allowed in the pool area.

17. Swim at your own risk.

18. Turn off non-essential electrical items when not in use to conserve power.

19. Do not use knives to open coconuts; seek professional help at designated areas.

20. Pools are cleaned before arrival; no service during stay unless requested for a $100 fee per service. Guests can use the pool net for minor debris removal."

Yes, the home is for sale by owner and minimum offers of $4,000,000.00 will be considered.
